No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house at all times. Tobacco smoking is permitted outside only; please dispose of ends and ash responsibly.

No Parties & Events

For the comfort of the entire neighbourhood, large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Standard quiet hours: 11pm – 7am. Please avoid any loud noise or disruptive behaviour at any time.

Pet Rules

Please clean up after your pet. Please use your own pet bedding. Pets are not allowed on furniture, in bedrooms or on beds.

Fireplace, Heaters & Cookers

Never leave the fireplace, electric heaters, or cooker unattended. The fireplace must not be used while the sofa bed is unfolded.

No Open Flames & Candles

For safety reasons, the use of open flames, candles, or incense burners is strictly prohibited inside the cottage.

Securing The Property

Please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked whenever you leave the cottage or go to bed.

Bin Usage

Black Bin: General Waste (Non- recyclable household items).

Brown Bin: Mixed Recycling (Includes cardboard, glass, metal, and plastic items).

Black & Green Bin: Food and Garden Waste.

Bins are collected every Thursday so please keep them next to the pavement out the front.

Respect kitchen equipment

Do not use metal utensils in pots and pans. Use the rubber ones provided.
