Hi, I’m Ben. Welcome to BFG Retreats! BFG Retreats started from a simple passion: finding spaces with character, rolling up my sleeves, and restoring them into places people love to stay. Our flagship space, Kings Cottage in Buxton, is exactly that—a traditional stone cottage that I’ve lovingly renovated to blend its original historic charm with all the modern comforts you actually want when you travel. For me, hosting isn't just about handing over a set of keys. It’s about creating an effortless, relaxing experience from the moment you book to the moment you check out.
